Shipping & Delivery Times

Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday except on public holidays. During peak times, your delivery may take longer to process and deliver. Expect minor delays on launch and sale days due to high order volumes.

Australia

Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days

Standard Shipping: 3-6 Business Days

 

International

Standard Shipping ONLY: 8-20 Business Days (Depending on location)

Although we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames. Delays may occur due to courier issues or customs clearance. TO BE DETERMINED is not liable for losses due to delayed deliveries.

In some cases, couriers may contact you via email or phone regarding your delivery. TO BE DETERMINED is not responsible for delays if you are unreachable.

 

Missing Deliveries

For parcel delivery, ensure your delivery location is safe and secure. To Be determined is not liable for missing or stolen parcels. If your parcel is missing, contact the courier for proof of delivery. If proof is provided and you still cannot locate your parcel, email us at tobedeterminedapparel.com for assistance. We do not offer refunds for missing delivered parcels. If a replacement is issued, it cannot be returned for a refund.

 

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. take a photo of your parcel upon arrival if it is damaged and send it to our email tobedeterminedapparel@hotmail.com

When opening your package, be careful especially when using sharp objects to avoid further damage. TO BE DETERMINED is not responsible for damage caused during opening.

 

Returns policy

If you wish to return your item you can do so within 30 days of receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, in it's original packaging with tags still on. Proof of purchase is also required. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

First contact us at tobedeterminedapparel@hotmail.com to begin your return. We'll then provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want to exchange with is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

In some cases, due to limited stock, we may not be able to exchange your item for a different size or colour. In this case, we can offer a refund or a store credit. Contact us at tobedeterminedapparel@hotmail.com for further assistance with exchanges.

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify and advise if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be refunded into the original payment method within 9 Business days. Please remember there can be delays with your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Return Shipping Fees

Return Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective.
